Registration Fees

There is a single rate, and it covers the whole conference, February 22–24, 2027. Fees are in U.S. dollars.

What Registration Includes

• All technical sessions, special sessions, and the poster session
• Lunch on each day of the conference
• Coffee breaks
• The wine-and-cheese panel discussion

Who Needs to Register

Everyone who attends, including every presenter of a talk or poster. Special session chairs, please make sure your speakers register.

How to Register

Registration and payment are handled for CISym by Purdue Conferences and Event Design. The registration link will appear on this page on November 1, 2026. You will receive a confirmation email after you register; keep it for your records and for reimbursement.

The registration form also lets you:

• request a letter of invitation for a U.S. visa,
• tell us about dietary restrictions or allergies for the conference lunches, and
• tell us about any accessibility needs.

Visa Letters

If you are traveling from outside the United States and need a visa, register early and request an invitation letter on the registration form. Visa appointment wait times can be long, so please don't leave this to the last minute.

Hotel and Travel

CISym is held at the Crowne Plaza San Francisco Airport, where a block of rooms is reserved at $189 per night for the nights of February 21–23, 2027. The hotel runs a free shuttle from SFO. See the Attend page for the hotel, the airport, and getting there.
